Excellent product. Great quality. I am able to show my unique style with the caps I chose
First time bike owner and I didn't pay attention that there were two different types of valves when ordering. The ones that arrived didn't fit on my tires but that's my fault. They look cool and will be ordering another set.
Took it out the package and dropped one of them and one of the fingers broke. They’re pretty cool but just very cheap material.
Sorry you had to bring this to us. They should handle more than a drop, and we'll definitely make it right for you. I just emailed you about it.
I have several different caps from RiDEK and they look great! Only issue I’ve been having is they can pull the core out of the presta valve and need pliers to get them out of the cap. Otherwise I’d give a 5/5
Thanks for the feedback—we’re glad you like the caps! This can occasionally happen if the removable Presta valve core isn’t completely tightened, especially after changing sealant. Giving the valve core a little extra tightening before reinstalling the cap should prevent it. It’s rare, but please reach out if you continue having trouble!
