At RiDEK, we want every rider to love their gear. If your order doesn’t turn out how you expected, we’re here to make it right.
Simple, Hassle-Free Returns
Because our products are small and shipping can be expensive, we do not typically require customers to return their items. Instead, if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us — we’ll gladly issue a refund or work something out that feels fair to you.
How to Request a Refund
To start the process, simply email us at ridek.bikes@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond quickly and handle all concerns personally.
No Complicated Rules
We don’t believe in rigid return policies. If your order arrives damaged, doesn’t look how you expected, or just isn’t right for you, we’ll make it right—no need to ship anything back unless we specifically request it.
Exceptions
Refunds are limited to orders placed directly through ridekbike.com.
We may request photos or additional information to help us improve our products.
