At RiDEK, we want every rider to love their gear. If your order doesn’t turn out how you expected, we’re here to make it right.

Holiday gift returns

Unused holiday gifts can be returned through January 15, 2027. Contact us to arrange your return. We trust you to be fair and honest.

Regular orders

For regular orders, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will work with you on a refund or another fair solution; please contact us before sending anything back.
